This Privacy Policy explains how Grid Heap, Inc. handles personal information for TidyAnswer. It is written specifically for TidyAnswer and does not combine policies for other Grid Heap products.

TidyAnswer coordinates business calls, SMS, voicemail, push delivery, carrier review, sales follow-up, and team handoff workflows.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on configuration, TidyAnswer may process phone numbers, line identifiers, team member names, email addresses, availability settings, contact profiles, call records, SMS records, voicemail metadata, transcripts, message media references, push device tokens, carrier review data, sales follow-up events, and provider delivery status.

2. Provider Data

TidyAnswer may receive events from Twilio, Telnyx, Slack, email providers, Granola, LinkedIn, Attio, APNS, and related systems you configure. Provider data is used to route communications, project inbox state, create follow-up records, and deliver notifications.

3. Voice, SMS, and AI Answering

Voice AI answering, voicemail, transcription, and handoff features may process call metadata, transcripts, and configured greeting or business-hours settings. SMS features may process message metadata, delivery state, consent state, and message content where needed to send, receive, or display a conversation.

4. Logs and Security

We collect limited operational logs for reliability, abuse prevention, webhook validation, delivery readiness, and incident response. We avoid logging sensitive payloads and secrets.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with configured communication providers, push providers, sales systems, service providers, authorities when legally required, or others with your instruction or consent.

6. Retention

Communication records, projected inbox state, support records, carrier review records, and security logs are retained only as long as needed for service operation, support, legal compliance, billing, security, and dispute resolution.

7. Your Choices and Rights

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information by contacting us. Some records may remain where required for telecom compliance, security, billing, legal obligations, or legitimate operational needs.

8. Children

TidyAnswer is a business communications service and is not directed to children under 13.

9. International Processing

Information may be processed in countries where we or our providers operate, including the United States. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the processing activity.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page or communicated through TidyAnswer when appropriate.
